This full-time Business Development Sales role at PT. Global Infotech Solution is based in Jakarta. As an Business Development Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

• Educating Customer: Provide information to Prospect or Customer about products and/or services
• Evaluating Customer Needs: Listen to Prospects or Customers' needs and problems, and suggest products or services that can help
• Maintaining Customer/Principal Relationship: build a network of client and maintain good relationship with them
• Conducting Market Research: Identify selling opportunities and evaluate Prospect or Customer needs
• Preparing sales visit and presentation: Adjust presentation based on the type of Prospect and its segment or requirement or use case
• Handling Customer Inquiry: Respond to Prospect / Customer questions
• Negotiating Contract: Meet with Prospect or Customer to negotiate sales or supply agreements
• Closing Deals: Convert Prospects into Customers
• Build internal competency: Create the base to meet the required skills and sustain organizational growth for Terminal solutions including train and empower internal resources
• Monitor Delivery: Monitoring after-sales service quality and its commercial collection

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Min Exp 2+ Years
