Halo connection! We are currently looking for Manage Service Engineer Infra to join our project based on DKI Jakarta. If you have experience in Infrastructure at least 2 years, dont hesitate to apply now.
Here is job description :
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 1st layer support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
And here is the qualification we needed :
- Minimum S1 with background IT / SMK TKJ ( Teknik Jaringan Komputer)
- Basic Knowledge: Entry-level system engineers should have a fundamental understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
- Operating Systems: Experience at least a year with Windows, Linux, or Unix
- Programming and Scripting: Basic programming/scripting skills in languages like Python, Java, or shell scripting may be beneficial
- Networking: A basic understanding of networking concepts/OSI 7 Layer, protocols, and configurations.
- Infrastructure : Experience in handling enterprise Server, Storage or Network is preferable
