Job responsibility:

• Doing hardware and software installation which is covered in project scope
• carrying out an assessment before implementation if necessary
• Perform technical documentation for project needs and project administration
• Conducting meetings with customers regarding project implementation strategies
• Perform technical maintenance of the device
• Visit to customers for troubleshoot if there are problems
• Work as a team
• Carry out professional certification if needed
• Assist sales team if there are deep technical questions
• Provide solutions for customers if there any problem occur
• Responsible to the tasks that given
• Enthusiast for researching cybersecurity products solution
   

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline
• Having 2 year experience as a system security engineer
• having cybersecurity certificates such as CCFA, PCNSE, Security+, CEH, other related
