Job responsibiity :

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 1st layer support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirement :

• Minimum S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / Teknik Komputer atau bidang terkait, sertifikasi profesional menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai System Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer di lingkungan enterprise.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat terkait server, storage, virtualization, operating system, dan infrastruktur IT secara umum.
• Berpengalaman dalam administrasi, implementasi, dan troubleshooting Operating System Windows Server, Linux, atau Unix.
• Memiliki kemampuan scripting/programming dasar seperti Python, PowerShell, Bash, atau Shell scripting untuk automation.
• Memahami konsep networking meliputi OSI Layer, TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, dan troubleshooting jaringan.
• Memiliki pengalaman menangani perangkat enterprise seperti Server, SAN/NAS Storage, Backup System, Hypervisor, dan Network Devices.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa, troubleshooting, dokumentasi teknis, serta komunikasi yang baik dalam mendukung operasional dan project IT infrastructure.
