About the role

PT. Global Infotech Solution is seeking an experienced IT Senior Account Manager to join our team. As an IT Senior Account Manager in the Banking sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and services to our banking clients. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing banking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process to secure new clients in the banking sector
• Understand the client's IT needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions and services to meet their goals
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the successful implementation and support of IT solutions for banking clients
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies for the banking sector
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT sales or account management role, with a focus on the banking sector
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and solutions relevant to the banking industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with banking clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Proficient in project management and the delivery of IT solutions and services
