Halo connection! Saat ini kami open hiring posisi IT Helpdesk untuk bergabung bersama team kami di Project Armmada ( command center ). Berikut adalah kualifikasinya :
Responsibility
- Mendiagnosis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang dilaporkan, baik melalui telepon, email, atau sistem tiket.
- Menyediakan panduan penggunaan dan troubleshooting untuk masalah umum yang dihadapi oleh customer.
- Menyusun laporan terkait status sistem, mengidentifikasi kegagalan atau downtime yang mungkin terjadi
- Menangani insiden yang dilaporkan dengan cepat dan efisien, memastikan masalah diselesaikan sesuai dengan prioritas dan SLA (Service Level Agreement) yang telah ditentukan.
- Memberikan pengalaman dukungan yang ramah dan efisien kepada pengguna dengan menjaga komunikasi yang jelas dan sopan
Requirement
- Lulusan SMK/D3/ S1 Sistem Informasi / Teknik Informatika
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun di bagian IT.
- Menguasai basic networking & troubleshoot system.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan pola shift.
