Halo connection! We are currently looking for Operational Manager who has working experience in Command Center. Here is the qualification :

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure that all systems monitored by the command center function properly and are responsive to changing situations.
  • Monitor and manage operational data in real-time to identify potential problems or incidents that need to be responded to.
  • Ensure operational continuity, such as smooth communication and availability of the hardware or software used.
  • Lead and manage the team on duty in the command center, ensuring that each team member knows their duties and roles.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports that include details regarding incident response, recovery time and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify trends or patterns from generated data to improve operational efficiency and speed response times.
  • Develop, update, and monitor policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure all team members carry out their duties in a consistent manner and in accordance with company standards.
  • Implement the best procedures for handling incidents, responding to problems, and internal and external communications

Requirement : 

  • Diagnose and resolve reported technical issues, either by phone, email, or ticket system.
    Provide usage and troubleshooting guides for common problems faced by customers.
  • Compile reports regarding system status, identifying failures or downtime that may occur
  • Handle reported incidents quickly and efficiently, ensuring problems are resolved in accordance with predetermined priorities and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Provide users with a friendly and efficient support experience by maintaining clear and polite communication
